HOME SLEEP APNEA TESTING
A Home Sleep Apnea Test (HSAT) consists of a small portable device used at home to diagnose Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). The device consists of a belt placed around the waist to monitor breathing, a finger sensor worn to sense oxygen levels and pulse rate, and a nasal cannula placed under the nose to detect snoring and breath-by-breath blockages or partial blockages in the airway.
Your physician can provide more information on whether this test is appropriate for you.

You will be using the Alice NightOne Device
The Alice NightOne testing device provides a convenient method to record the data (nasal airflow, snoring, blood oxygen levels, pulse, and effort of breathing during sleep) to aid in the diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. The Alice NightOne does not diagnose other types of common sleep disorders which may require in-laboratory testing.
