Neurocare strives to provide a simple, efficient referral process for sleep studies. With our sleep study order form (oneForm), we facilitate submission for payer-required precertification.

Patient Support

Our knowledgeable client services representatives  (including Spanish speakers and language line support) will find an appointment date and time that works for your patients, provide detailed information for their studies, and be available to answer any questions throughout the entire process with us. We provide text and phone confirmations to ensure patients are well-informed for their studies. .

Neurocare schedules and provides testing services (adult and pediatric) in our own labs at the following locations:

Call Center

Our expert pre-certification team facilitates study approval and answers any questions you may have. Neurocare is contracted with most payers, including MassHealth ACOs. 

Tablet PC

Our portal allows referring physicians and their staff access to important patient information, from receipt of sleep study referral through scheduling with interpretation reports available automatically.
