Clinical Research Manager

We seek a Clinical Research Manager with a proven record of quality clinical research experience and progressive leadership. This individual will manage our clinical research coordinators and support staff to optimize the conduct of our clinical research trials. Our Medical Director supervises these studies which we conduct at our headquarters in Newton, MA. The manager will help select or develop, plan and implement research trials evaluating medical devices and agents to diagnose and treat sleep, neurological, and psychiatric disorders. The manager will supervise all aspects of studies, including budget management, ensuring compliance with protocols, Good Clinical Practices, and adherence to the policies of the FDA and other regulatory agencies. The manager will work with CRCs to develop subject recruitment strategies, implement protocols, retain study subjects, develop alliances with sub-Investigators, interact with study monitors and sponsors; ensuring uncompromising support of research subjects and high quality data collection.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required. Individuals who are flexible, organized, detail-oriented, reliable, creative, and energetic will thrive in our environment. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years CRC experience preferred.
