We are currently conducting clinical research studies for a number of disorders. Research participants receive physical and medical examinations from one of our physicians and laboratory tests at no cost. All of the data provided to us is maintained in strictest confidence in compliance with the guidelines enforced by the Federal Government.
If you are interested in participating in a trial, please call 1-800-958-1218.
Or, you can send your name, phone number and name of the trial that interests you to research@neurocareinc.com. One of our representatives will contact you to discuss the trial in greater detail.
If we are no longer enrolling subjects for a particular trial that interests you, we encourage you to contact us so that we can register you in our research database and keep you informed about future trials.
Our research includes treatments for neurological, psychiatric, respiratory and sleep disorders. Following are research trials currently underway or planned for in the near future:
Alzheimer's disease
Insomnia
Insomnia and anxiety
Congestive heart failure and sleep apnea
Narcolepsy
Obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome
Restless legs syndrome
Gastro-esophageal reflux/heartburn and sleep apnea
At this time, we are enrolling participants in the following trials:
Insomnia
If you are an adult who has trouble sleeping then you may qualify to participate in a trial studying the use of an investigational medication to alleviate the symptoms of insomnia.
Restless Legs Syndrome
If you are over 18 years old and suffering from Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS), you may qualify to participate in a study of an investigational medication assessing its potential benefits, improvement in sleep, pain, mood, safety and tolerability.
Multiple Sclerosis with Cognitive Impairment
If you are 18 years or older and suffer from multiple sclerosis and have memory or cognitive impairment, you may be interested in participating in a study of an investigational medication assessing its use, safety, tolerability and efficacy.
Alzheimer's Disease
If you, or someone you are caring for, have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, we are currently looking for subjects in assessing the use of an investigational medication for Alzheimer's disease, assessing the safety, tolerability, and efficacy.
Sleep Maintenance Insomnia
If you are 18 years or older and suffer from difficulty in maintaining sleep (nocturnal awakenings or early morning awakenings), then you may qualify to participate in the study of an investigational medication to asses its use in improving daytime functioning.
